If I could also give it zero stars I would! The day the iPhone 17 was released, I traded in a 12 pro max for a 17 base model. I was supposed to only have about 30 cents added on to my bill each month. The manager Nathaniel that helped me COMPLETELY messed it all up for me. Now they are saying I owe $1000. So they won’t make it right bc he didn’t document ANY OF IT. HORRIBLE. No one will help me. So I guess I am just stuck paying for a brand new phone bc of his LACK OF DOCUMENTATION AND PROFESSIONALISM. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION EVER.

Wish I could put zero stars. This has been a horrible experience. I have had to call the store, customer service, and track down the person who sold me my phone numerous times because the promotion I was told I was getting has not been the case! And everyone claims no one can help you but the person who sold you the phone. The newest problem has been a random Samsung device added to my bill that I’ve never owned or bought! Someone completely removed the services from my device and put them on a device that’s not mine. Not to mention all the random areas in Baton Rouge where you have zero service!!!

Melody is probably one of the best account specialists I have had the pleasure of working with after over a decade of doing business with Verizon. She helped me convert a personal account to a complex corporate account and handled everything flawlessly. Desmon lacks basic communication skills and displays a shocking level of incompetence. He also refused to check on phone availability without credit check!!! The service here is downright dreadful!!!!
