This store got the worst customer service ever . I’m with Verizon right now and because of this store worst customer service I’m switching to AT&T .
And there’s a lot things to add but I’m gonna don’t go with Verizon for two reasons
1. Worst customer service ever
2.they add at least 100$ to your bill without you knowing what is it for my bill increased 200$ and I don’t know why it’s like fraud .
Trust me it’s not worth the headache and worst thing from them I promise any company better than them .

Went to the Verizon store this morning with an issue with a trade-in on my account, Evan was extremely helpful and went out of his way to resolve an issue another store created. I appreciate his help more than I can express. It's uncommon to get this level of customer service and I truly appreciate his help.
