- LSLee SmithAug 16, 20182.0This is a great idea and as a single mom I was excited to join the Total Tech Support plan to have someone connect my computer, tvs, printers etc however this is not all it is cracked up to be.... While it costs $200 per year to join and $50 each time they come to your home to fix something (each item they work on is $50 even if at the same visit so the cost to fix computer issue and printer is would be $100 etc), when I tried to schedule an appointment today to get a computer /printer issue resolved they could not send someone out for a week! There is no guarantee to how long it will take to actually get someone to you. If you want immediate and timely service you have to pay a $250 "emergency fee" so this is where they get you!
