I couldn't get the online service to allow me to send a customer service compliment for a manager named Mike at this location, so I'm leaving it here. This man, Mike, did me right. I bought a laptop here open box, it said it was in good condition, didn't mention a missing charger, so, you know, I go in and say "it can't really work that great if you can't charge it with the contents of the purchased item..." and the cashier tried to give me some grief about it, and Mike remembered me from earlier when I bought it. He had me hand the laptop off to another worker so he could make sure I got the right charger, and he handed me the needed items right away, no waiting around, no arguing about it. It said "good" condition, and he made sure it was. I would absolutely recommend anyone in need to work with Mike. He will make sure you get what you pay for--literally.
