- LBLeona BilliotDec 23, 20255.0Tameshi was fabulous. She welcomed me in and great customer service. I drove around all locations and everyone else was rude and lacked poor customer service. So I left but when I got to this location. Tameshi changed my ideal mind frame of baton rouge and this is will my only location I will visit. Great job girl. Thank you for being so kind and amazing.

Nothing bad about Cricket, but this location is a bad example of Cricket service. When I went to upgrade my phone, I was told that I had to buy a case and screen protector as well. Not SHOULD, not COULD, but HAD TO. The sales person informed me that the area manager told them to do it that way. I kindly left and went to a different location. Don't get me wrong: I bought them anyway, but by CHOICE, and not from THIS location.
