If they had negative Stars I would have used them.
My 90 year old father went to Best Buy on Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge last week and purchased a new laptop, and was told it would have to ordered, and it would arrive in two days. Once he got the laptop home he turned it on and noticed a large crack across the monitor. He returned it to the store, told the people up front what he was there for and they sent him to customer service. They never even bothered to open the box and look at the computer. The manager gave him credit back on his card and then my Dad decided to spend a few more dollars and get different one so he would not have to wait again.
Today, 5 days later, 2 Police Officers showed up at his door and told him that Best Buy was accusing him of putting an old laptop into the box in order to steal another one.
The police took one look at my 90 year old Father and just chuckled knowing full well that he had done no such thing.
My Dad is a Father of 6 kids and lost his wife a few years ago after several years of marriage.
He served in the Strategic Air Command for years as a Military Pilot. He not capable of doing something like this.
Shame on you Best Buy for accusing one of our Veterans and Senior Citizens of trying to steal from you. I am livid.
I will never buy another thing from Best Buy, and I will tell this story to everyone one I know on social media, along with the rest of my family so they can do the same.
Word will spread of your horrible decision to send 2 police officers to his front door this morning and upsetting him this much.
Your company makes me sick.
PS. Next time you decide to do something like this, why don't you take the time and get the computer numbers from the bottom of the laptop and cross check them with what you sold him, before crying Thief!

Went in on Saturday 2/14 and spoke to Jacob about mounting two tvs …he gave me a price then it went up by $30 about 10 minutes later. I told him I’d think about it. I went back today but Jacob was not in. They now quoted me an additional $550 because one was over a fireplace and the other is outside on hardy plank. I asked for a manager who was of no help. I left the tv and two mounts there and will take my business elsewhere.
I have since booked an appt with a reputable mounting service which was the same price as the initial quote from Jacob but this installer includes the mounts in the price!

Just got hung up on after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get some warranty information. I was told I’d be on a brief hold that turned into 20 minutes, just to be hung up on. I still wasn’t given any information before or after the “hold”.
