I placed an order for a 40 inch tv and I still haven’t received it. It was picked up by the carrier Thursday and it is now Saturday. No one has notified me or call me concerning my order. I had to make EIGHT phone calls to Best Buy and no one was able to tell me where my TV. To save you the trouble and headache, DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER WITH BEST BUY. Terrible communication.

My husband and I recently purchased a pro max phone at Best Buy in Baton Rouge on Bluebonnet. We had the most amazing customer experience. From the time we walked into the store, the greeter’s were warm, welcoming and helpful. Keion was also outstanding. He took the necessary time to explain products, patiently assisted with transitioning phone services and involved management when additional administrative support was needed. Each manager involved came right away. They were also courteous and very professional. Thank you so much Best Buy for investing in customers having a great experience. As a result, your staff are awesome and immensely appreciated!!

Huge shoutout to Jayden and Jason!!! I was indecisive on which laptop I should get for weeks. Jayden walked me through the laptops, gave me advice, and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for not knowing the answers. I came into the store today and Jason helped me trade in my old computer and went above & beyond to find the exact computer I wanted that was in the back of the store. I was in and out within 45 minutes! I told Jason I had plans at 6PM and had to be out the store. I had my computer in my hand at 5:20!!! So happy!!! I wish Jayden was there so I could give a huge thank you to.
