  I had an appointment with geek squad to get my phone fixed at 6:40 pm. I arrived at 5:40 pm to see if I could just drop the phone off and go to dinner while it gets fixed. Chelsea let me know that she was the only working so she had a customer and get with me in a minute. She was already speaking with a customer. After waiting 20 minutes, she let me know it would take 2 hours to perform a diagnostic and see if they could fix the phone. I said ok; she was clearly with another customer. I leave and come back for the 6:40 pm where another customer is there and she is finishing with them. I sat down with chelsea who wanted to let me know that she could not perform a diagnostic and fix the cracked screen before 9 pm. Why? Because the repair tech behind the curtain, would be getting off at 8 pm. I’ll be frank I dont care to know that he can’t fix my phone in the amount of time because best buy cant pay for overtime. I think its cheap and tasteless to let people knowing they can perform a simple task by 9 pm. Why set up appts for cracked screens if you cant perform the tasks? Also, the store opens on sunday so I would have had to leave my phone overnight and even then he would just be getting started at 11 am. Totally unprofessional.

  Sales person wasn't very helpful, and they have the carts outside, had to carry box to my vehicle.
