  I'm from West Monroe, La... They didn't have the Samsung 25 Ultra and they looked into their inventory and the last phone was at Bastrop... I drive to Bastrop and LaJohnna assisted me... She was very knowledgeable, and stayed with me until the actual activation was completed and all my files were transferred... I give LaJohnna a 10+

  We came to this store and the knowledge and professionalism is way above par. These ladies know their products in depth, so well they could teach a class on their products and on customer service . Simply amazing! When I compare with the El Dorado Arkansas store, superior work ethics, hands down!

  A friendly and knowledgeable employee made this a very easy experience. She showed me all of my options and helped me pick the best one then transferred all of my apps and data to my new phone. All of this was done in a short period of time smoothly, efficiently, and with really good customer service.
