However, geek squad call services set me an appointment for the wrong device type and repair, and I was not aware until I received the confirmation email. Called back and had them correct it. I was told that geek squad has the Samsung repair contract, making them faster and cheaper than local repairs. I arrive in store, and get told they are not a participating location for the program. This information should have been made available on the phone. This is ridiculous, and a failure of communication and professionalism from the costumer service call line.
