Every time I go into the location, I am treated with nothing but the utmost respect and given every bit of knowledge that I need. I recently wanted to switched from an iPhone back to an android and Chantae advise me on why I shouldn’t lol (she is funny)… But not in a bad way though. I would say that I made the right decision to keep the iPhone. I feel like as a customer here, I am heard and treated very fairly. I visited some of the other locations and don’t get the same treatment, which is unfortunate. But I will always return to North Mall.
