  If I could give 0 stars I would!!! It's been one employee that just has a bad attitude everytime I have been in the store!!! He definitely needs to get out of customer service

  The manager and her crew at the north mall store are absolutely fantastic! Every time I go into the location, I am treated with nothing but the utmost respect and given every bit of knowledge that I need. I recently wanted to switched from an iPhone back to an android and Chantae advise me on why I shouldn’t lol (she is funny)… But not in a bad way though. I would say that I made the right decision to keep the iPhone. I feel like as a customer here, I am heard and treated very fairly. I visited some of the other locations and don’t get the same treatment, which is unfortunate. But I will always return to North Mall.

  Let me first say that we're cricket users. Its much better than Staight Talk. That said, here's my story. For Christmas I decided that my husband needed an upgrade. We went to the store picked out his phone and accessories. Except for the screen savers. They were out. We paid for them and were told to check back in a day or two, two weeks later, they gave us the wrong screens. My husband had been taking care of things and was totally losing what little patience he had left and I hadn't even looked at the receipt. It was time for me to take over. After lengthy investigation, I realized that we had been over charged by a little over 60 dollars. Needless to say it's taking a while to get our account straightened out. Big thanks to Mac at cricket he's helpful and knows what hes doing. So if you're planning to go to cricket, see Mac. If you hear the name Nichol, RUN.
