We were up with her all night while she screamed. I took her to VCA a few minutes after 7, when they opened. I was told there would not be a doctor there until 8am. I said I would wait. About ten minutes later, a vet tech came into the room where I was and told me they would not be able to see Lizzie as they didn't have any available appointments until later in the afternoon. She was in extreme distress and that answer just made me very mad. We had spent thousands of dollars there on our dogs but she wasn't worth seeing immediately there eyes. I took her to another vet, who was most gracious and saw her immediately. Unfortunately she had to be euthanized. But they were very kind. I would not recommend them if you love your animals. They are not caring about your pets or your feelings.

From being greeted when you enter, to the technicians paying attention to detail and listening , to the Veterinarians being compassionate, attentive and informative … this is by far the best clinic/animal hospital I’ve ever encountered. Opted to have my dog’s tumor removal here , which is 400+ miles away from my home. They are indeed, that good. Oh yeah , and to have it done there, nearly 1000$ less than my animal hospital back home. They exhibit a true desire to give you the best care that is appropriate while not gouging you for the services. This is by far your best choice for staff and care that you can ever hope for.
