  Corey in the Somerset Ky store did a great job getting our business set up with phones, internet equipment and accessories today. So far we are getting 5g which is amazing considering we could barely get a signal from AT&T or T mobile!

  Before walking into the store, if you will notice that there is a VICTRA SIGN on the door and that you are dealing with a third-party with Verizon . We walked into the store to see if we could get my daughters screen fixed where she cracked it while she was in on leave with the military because where she is stationed the Verizon/victra Store told her that they could not help her even though she had insurance on the device. He talked my daughter into getting new service and she didnt have a problem with that.So he sit us down the man we spoke with explained to me that there would be no cost upfront and then if I Signed up for new services that I would get 2/17 promax’s free and if I ported Over my additional lines that I would get a free iPad 11, and a free Apple Watch 11 for free. I paid the taxes on all the devices. Brandon D also told me that our bill would be no more than $166.00 per month. So I did it. BOY, WAS THAT THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAD EVER MADE. Never again will I or would I recommend Verizon/Victra to anyone I returned all the products had to wait hours in line and on the phone just to get scammed out of hundreds of dollars and also got told by Brandon D that we wasn’t his problem anymore because he was getting promoted to the store in Danville, Ky. Was also told by the corporate store manager that that was the worst store in the state of Kentucky to deal with. It was a nightmare, trying to port back over to AT&T We went into the Verizon store on December 17, 2025 While we were waiting on the manager to find out that he had already left for the day One of his colleagues were sitting at her table, (ZOE) FaceTiming him Without my consent, letting him know that we were back in the store. We were told this by one of the Verizon/Victra employees. I just want to make everyone aware of what you are dealing with before you walk into this situation. I have reported this situation to the BBB, and also to the IRS.

  Staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.
