After trying to call the shipper with customer service being no help I looked up the address, 600 park loop road, Shepardsville Kentucky. I tried calling the directly telling them my dilemma well they were quick to transfer me back to the automated line. Now I come to the internet to look at reviews and see that I am not the only one this has happened to. Clearly there are thieves working there, stealing the product and they know it, probably in on it! I will be following up with this and pursuing my missing product whether it gets resolved in or out of court I don’t care this is unacceptable. The police and bbb need to step in and take this place down and jail everyone involved. So yall beware!
