He took time to explain every option clearly, found ways to save me money, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in doing his job right. Highly recommend asking for RJ if you want someone who actually listens and makes the whole process stress-free. Who I do not recommend is the store manager, that upsold my mother knowing she couldn’t afford what he sold then made her feel bad again!
