We switched to Verizon from another company, except when we got our 2 out of 3 phones shipped to us we could not get either to work and we're stuck with no phones. They kept asking for a PIN that I didn't know existed. So I was going to go wonder around Louisville to look for a corporate store for help but decided to stop here and when I tell you RJ is an angel sent directly from Verizon heaven I mean every word of it! He spent hours getting them both fixed and never once complained and was able to work with other customers while helping us. I mean you literally don't find people like RJ anymore. Whoever his boss is give that man a RAISE!!!!

I wish I was good with names, but I went in today 12/6 around 1:30/2pm ish and there were two guys working the store very busy setting up a family with new phones. I absolutely despise going to phone stores because 9/10 times it’s very impersonal service and egos. These guys however were so kind, cool and attentive. 0 attitude or pretentiousness . They were busy as can be but found the time to answer every single question I had even some twice. I had done my research but still was unsure about the phone I wanted. The 17 pro or the max, these guys answered all my questions, got me set up with the right phone and plan I wanted. Even let me see one of their personal phones for comparison. I live in Frankfort and the store here is terrible, seemed like I was bothering them by coming in. This location in Shelbyville will be my go to now if I ever need anything. I even bought a few accessories that I wasn’t planning on because they were stellar. Highly recommend this location!

RJ went above and beyond to make my visit quick, easy, and actually enjoyable — which is rare when dealing with phone plans and upgrades. He took time to explain every option clearly, found ways to save me money, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in doing his job right. Highly recommend asking for RJ if you want someone who actually listens and makes the whole process stress-free. Who I do not recommend is the store manager, that upsold my mother knowing she couldn’t afford what he sold then made her feel bad again!
