A month ago we upgraded one of our lines and the GM Jordan assured us by adding a 4th line and some promos it would help lower our bill.... my bill this month was $521!!!!!! Ive never had my verizon bill this high. Jordan lied to us about the new line and bill. We went in today to get the bill fixed. The man working today, ETHAN was outstanding in helping us try to fix the bill. He went above and beyond to help us fix the situation and stayed with us until it was fixed. Big thank you and shout to Ethan and Luiz( the promotional service rep). Verizon... Ethan saved you all a loyal customer today!!

We switched to Verizon from another company, except when we got our 2 out of 3 phones shipped to us we could not get either to work and we're stuck with no phones. They kept asking for a PIN that I didn't know existed. So I was going to go wonder around Louisville to look for a corporate store for help but decided to stop here and when I tell you RJ is an angel sent directly from Verizon heaven I mean every word of it! He spent hours getting them both fixed and never once complained and was able to work with other customers while helping us. I mean you literally don't find people like RJ anymore. Whoever his boss is give that man a RAISE!!!!

I wish I was good with names, but I went in today 12/6 around 1:30/2pm ish and there were two guys working the store very busy setting up a family with new phones. I absolutely despise going to phone stores because 9/10 times it’s very impersonal service and egos. These guys however were so kind, cool and attentive. 0 attitude or pretentiousness . They were busy as can be but found the time to answer every single question I had even some twice. I had done my research but still was unsure about the phone I wanted. The 17 pro or the max, these guys answered all my questions, got me set up with the right phone and plan I wanted. Even let me see one of their personal phones for comparison. I live in Frankfort and the store here is terrible, seemed like I was bothering them by coming in. This location in Shelbyville will be my go to now if I ever need anything. I even bought a few accessories that I wasn’t planning on because they were stellar. Highly recommend this location!
