  Steven was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and informative. It was an easy experience and definitely loved the assistance and atmosphere of this store. Everyone was super friendly and down to earth. Definitely recommend.

  Not an actual Verizon store just an authorized retailer who doesn’t follow Verizon return policy. I paid $64 for a screen protector that they told me wld work but after it didn’t work I brought it bk…they refused to give a refund or exchange…wld hv been ok if they had informed me of their return policy or lack there up front but that wasn’t the case…luckily Verizon did refund my money

  The first time I encountered the employee Michael he was on the phone being rude and unhelpful to another customer which is apparently the only way he chooses to interact in his career. I had two separate issues of not getting my old phone to transfer data to a new phone and then being unable to send my old phone back to Verizon. In both instances he claimed that he couldn’t do anything to assist me (leaving me to question why Verizon would bother to have storefront employees) His arrogance and rude behavior will have me driving to another town to use their Verizon before I ever go back to this one. What a miserable experience for what should have been two easily fixable issues.

  They went above and beyond when the Verizon people messed up my order the person helping me stayed on the phone for 2 hours trying to help me thank you guys
