  Mia is Wonderful in the Richmond store. The 1-800 customer service reps could learn a lot from her. They should give the store managers more ability to handle customer issues so that they don't have to call the 1-800 number. Period.

  Great customer service! Miracle helped me in the store on a very busy day for her. She was so kind and patient and never made me feel like an idiot because I was having trouble with my phone and I couldn’t figure it out. She is absolutely the best at her job with her knowledge and kindness. 100% recommendation for her at cricket.

  I have been to this store and every time I need help or want to ask a question these two ladies are the best ever. Always smiling, friendly and so sweet. Willing to always go the extra mile to make sure your phone or iPad is working properly. If you need a service outside the high dollar monthly stuff here is your place to come!!!

  I originally went in just to upgrade my phone, but it turned into a week-long back-and-forth between Cricket and BridgePay, and my issue is still not resolved. After more than a decade with Cricket, I was essentially forced to switch providers because no one could help fix the problem. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of the experience was the store manager, Mia. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. After our third visit to the store, she actually said, “I hope you don’t come back!”—which was shocking to hear from a manager. At this point, she’s getting her wish.

  Terrible customer service at the Richmond location. Tried getting new phones using there loan service and there system glitched. Cricket is refusing to make a back end ticket to resolve the problem. Mia the manager or store representative had terrible customer service. Couldn’t find a solution for the problem that was caused by cricket and became frustrated with me because I’m unsatisfied with there lack of correcting their mistake. I would avoid the store at all costs and especially avoid having her provide you customer service. She was so frustrated that she walked into her office and said she was going to crash out. There was some profanity thrown in there but I’d prefer not to type the language she used.
