She was so kind and patient and never made me feel like an idiot because I was having trouble with my phone and I couldn’t figure it out. She is absolutely the best at her job with her knowledge and kindness. 100% recommendation for her at cricket.

After more than a decade with Cricket, I was essentially forced to switch providers because no one could help fix the problem. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of the experience was the store manager, Mia. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. After our third visit to the store, she actually said, “I hope you don’t come back!”—which was shocking to hear from a manager. At this point, she’s getting her wish.

Cricket is refusing to make a back end ticket to resolve the problem. Mia the manager or store representative had terrible customer service. Couldn’t find a solution for the problem that was caused by cricket and became frustrated with me because I’m unsatisfied with there lack of correcting their mistake. I would avoid the store at all costs and especially avoid having her provide you customer service. She was so frustrated that she walked into her office and said she was going to crash out. There was some profanity thrown in there but I’d prefer not to type the language she used.
