Very disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy. I ordered a gas range over the Black Friday weekend and was told it would be ready for pickup on Saturday the 13th. Plenty of time before Christmas. Last week, I called Best Buy looking for some answers as to where my range is and sat on the phone from what sounded to be overseas call and was told that there was a problem on their end and the range would be in last Thursday at the latest.
Now, it’s Tuesday Dec 23rd and I decided to drive into Owensboro to go into the store and find out just what is going on since my efforts to try and contact the store directly have had no success. We was told by an associate at the store that the range has been sitting in their warehouse since last week waiting to be received. We was also informed that they couldn’t give us any answers as to when they could get the range. A total lack of professionalism and effort on part of Best Buy. Now, at the last minute as I try to find another range, it looks like I’m S.O.L. and it looks like Christmas dinner won’t be happening on a count of placing my trust in Best Buy to do what they said they was going to do. Thanks Best Buy!

My wife and i have purchased over 5,000.00 dollars in appliances and electronics in last 3 weeks. We were sold a total member yearly and it was explained if something went on sale via any competetor or in store they would match it. Lets just say we live 50 miles away from store. We cant just up and drive to store we have lives. You cant reach anyone at store, oh btw i have left 2 messages, voicemails at store that customer service has placed me at. No callback that was also 3 weeks ago and again 2 days ago. The savings is 300.00 that we should recieve, this is not rocket science, stores should be able to be reached and you should not be sold a a price match gaurentee if they will not stand behind there word. Elizabethown best buy management let me know the owensboro ky location is having alot of issues/complaints... i believe this to be true because again we can not reach store management...
