How the hell they going to charge $200 for a stereo and one subwoofer install and tell me I have to pay that before hand to reserve my appointment. What the hell!?! Definitely not comfortable at all.
I get that maybe they've been scammed themselves by customers by doing the work and the customer doesn't have the money or etc and legally they can not hold your property like your car and keys from you
Make them pay in store at appointment day before the work is started maybe I'll consider coming and getting my service done until then I'm going to keep looking

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The employees are rude and they can’t figure out what to do when it’s questions that they should know. They called my boyfriend and I “liars” when they just didn’t know what was going on when we were trying to explain. I think that is very unprofessional and I will NEVER purchase from this store again. I have had a nightmare experience.

Brad is always very helpful, but he can't be everywhere. Tried last night to call, during store hours to confirm an appointment. However the phone systems at the corporate level and at the store are totally ineffective and non responsive to customer requests. Rather disappointed at the lack of the phone systems' lack of response. Made for a miserable experience of trying to get a simple answer to a simple question. Very disappointed.
