  Great experience-I can’t remember my sales representatives name but he went above and beyond. I walked in with two busy body toddlers & everyone else looked hesitant but he walked up and took us on. Even came armed with snacks in his desk ❤️ loving the 17 pro max; thanks again 🫶🏼

  Ashley bowman is amazing I recently had an experience at a Verizon store that truly stood out, thanks to one particular team member who went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, but it was when I explained my situation that this employee really shined. I was facing issues with my account that had been frustrating me . Instead of simply directing me to the customer service line or brushing me off, they took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. Overall, this experience not only resolved my issue but also left me feeling valued as a customer. It’s clear that the team member genuinely cared about making my experience as smooth as possible. I left the store grateful for their help and more loyal to the brand. If you ever find yourself at a Verizon store, I hope you encounter someone with the same dedication and skill!

  Some great gentlemen in this store - lost my phone over vacation and couldn’t get it back for weeks in the mail and these fellas got me all set up with my upgrade without much trouble all during my lunch break. The team was extra supportive of the new employee working with me.

  My wife and I have been fed up with Verizon for a long time. Our bill was way too much and the value just wasn't there. Finally my wife's iPhone broke and we took it there to see about getting it fixed and cancelling our service. Enter Jake and Noah. With their help, not only did we both walk out with brand new phones, but our bill was lowered by almost 60 dollars a month when factoring in the additional value of the three streaming services we no longer have to pay for and the two free phones. These two saved some business for Verizon today, and if their manager is reading this, you should get their lunch sometime this week.
