This is not a Verizon store. Do not go here unless you want to be charged for things you didn't agree to.
They charged $59.99 for device setup when we told them we could do it ourselves. $239.96 (There setup didn't even work and now I have an extra Google bill).
Lied about plans, rebates for phones and add-ons.
If you are a Verizon customer, go to the Verizon store in Florence.

Terrible experience all around. I was quoted a price and told my trade in would cover my first month on a pre-order for a new phone and line also for a gizmo watch. When I came to pick up the phone the watch was not in and no one had my information or anyone to reach out to. They did a new order and then after failing to start my service for over an hour called corporate to do it for them. They set up my account with my Google email since they for some reason couldn't with my yahoo. So after 2 hours in the store I am told I don't owe anything today and the watch would be ordered.
2 weeks go by and I get a bill for nearly $200 including activation fees that I had been told were covered. I called the store about that and the fact that they hadn't gotten my son's watch yet either.
I spent 30 minutes on the phone and was asked for my contact so he could get back. Over 3 hours later no call back. I call the store to follow up on my lunch break. I speak to a new person who has no idea what I'm talking about or who I talked to. Spoke to me a minute told me my watch was there but that it is the wrong color. I was never notified. He proceeded to admit al the ways everyone had botched my order but telling me he wouldn't do anything about it . He. Wouldn't try to reach the girl from the original order or let me speak to management he just kept saying he could not help. Very uncaring, unorganized location.

I went to Verizon last month after my phone broke. They sold me a new iPhone 16 pro max and also mentioned a promotion that was going where we could add a line and I wouldn’t have to pay for my phone. Sounds like a great deal right?
First month - I’m charged $100 on that new line on top of a steeper phone bill for my iPhone 16 pro (which I was told would be cheaper with a “ghost line”.)
I called this morning and the rep I spoke with sounded like he wanted to help and he told me what he thought the charges were for. He was going to speak with the sales rep who sold me the phone and call me back.
Three hours later: i didn’t get a call back. I call Verizon again and the employee I spoke with this time explained the issues to me and what I was being charged for but he also made excuses for why I didn’t know how about a hundred dollar charge on my account for the next month or the extra charge on my phone bill that he said would be cheaper. He said I’d been with Verizon for a long time so I should’ve known about it. Aaron, I don’t think about Verizon and your phones all day or your promotions. If you’re selling someone on a promotion, might be good to note the $100 charge the first month on the ghost line no one uses. I’ve been with Verizon for a long time (as you noted) and that’s not how you speak to your customers, dude.
Luckily, the rep I spoke with under 611 was extremely helpful and handled everything within 5 minutes of calling.

Kyle Gottman was a tremendous help today. I came in with a destroyed SIM card in my iPhone 13. He gave me a phone to call my mom to get the information we needed from the Verizon account. He was very patient as I went through a few contacts until my mom was able to pick up the phone. He gave me a new SIM card, easy as cake, in less than 30 seconds. This was extremely important because I use my phone for work and if I couldn’t get it fixed today it would be a huge problem.
*** He is also a Realtor, and is highly knowledgeable with great communicational skills. I would greatly recommend his service if you are in need of a Realtor. Kyle Gottman is the man to call.
