I come back later with everything needed and I get told I can’t exchange the phone because I ordered it online. Why would I be told one thing just to be told differently later? I also found it funny that the employee who said I couldn’t do it was getting off work and walking out of the store before I could even reach my car to leave. I wonder can it not be done? Or is it more of ‘I can’t leave now if I complete your exchange’ type deal? Day shift and night shift clearly need to communicate with one another about their return policy, because there’s clearly some discrepancies somewhere.

I attempted three separate options and was informed by all three individuals that: "No there is no way to speak to someone at any of our locations. Verizon stopped all locations from being able to recieve calls. " Outstanding, a phone company stopped allowing itself (at the local level) to take calls. Unbelievable.
