Went in to pay a bill by check and the person “trying” to help was EXTREMELY rude and acted like he was entitled and said he could not take a payment by check even though a payment has been made by check at this location. I also tried to bring my traded phone in and he said he couldn’t take it at this location even though I was told I could drop it at ANY location! He did NOT want to work and was lazy!!! He CLEARLY has no idea what he’s doing and Verizon needs to place someone with customer service skills in a position of that nature! He needs to be in the back and not dealing with the public!
