  Very Happy! Roberts installed liftgate actuators and switches on my 2015 Ford edge. The liftgate in the back was very hard to open and they have made my life much easier. A shout out to Jake who stayed with it every step of the way and kept me informed. Did everything in one day. We will definitely use them again in the future.

  I had a Tesla type tablet screen installed in my 2020 Chevy Silverado and it turned out GREAT! Dave helped me all the way through and had no problems. He spent time going over the new screen with me and answered questions never making me feel rushed to get through even though I had already paid! Great service , people and quality of work was excellent! Anthony Cox

  I want to share a recent experience that has restored some of my faith in human beings! I recently went in and paid a LOT of money for a new sound system for my older car. The staff and service was amazing on installation day. Very forthright and honest. It was hard to spend that kinda money, but it definitely smoothed out the edges by having such a great customer experience. Over the weekend, there were some problems with the equipment. Obviously I was concerned. I brought it back in first thing on Monday, all ready to be fired up about spending money for something that wasn't working. I've just become too accustomed to companies not standing behind what they do anymore. I was preparing myself for the potential for a battle. I'm happy to report that their level of ownership was INCREDIBLE and refreshing. I was obviously irritated, but they jumped in right away. And as it turns out, it's most likely not even an issue that they could have controlled anyway. What I want to report, though, is this. The owner came to talk with me to give me the full-scoop on how they were going to make it right and make me feel "whole" in this situation. It was like having the kind of experience and ownership that I grew up with that doesn't seem to be valued anymore. That was in-and-of-itself the most valuable part of the whole experience for me. They replaced some things to try to help narrow down to what I'm hoping will ultimately be the fix. But even if it's not, I have complete confidence now that I will have a "partner" in tracking down the issue rather than feeling I have to got to war with yet another "consumer of my money" company that has no concept of loyalty, honor or integrity. It's very obvious to me that the owner's values translate directly to his team of people. So glad their are still a few owners out there that truly OWN.
