There was a little issue with the insurance, but he got it figured out and I was able to get my phone repaired. Verizon is awesome and their employees always go above and beyond to help. If you had any sense you go next-door somewhere else is real cheap but Verizon they will rip you off. They don’t care either. They will sign you in and take your money for three years contractor. They call it not a contract, but it is a contract. They will not let you back out if you take your phone there and you give it to the salesman, they will keep it if you decide within 30 days to back out they will not give your phone back so please go somewhere else. Don’t come here. All Verizon stores are a joke. Don’t come to this store. Stay away if you have any sense you want to save money go somewhere else don’t come here whatever you do. Go back to cricket go back somewhere but stay the heck away from me because this place is nothing but a rip off they will sign you underneath a three-year contract and you’ll pay big money so don’t come here whatever you do stay away stay away stay away don’t come here
