Only bad review I have ever written. Store has been great in the past. Recent experience with Jake (Jacob) has me regretting coming into the store. Took an hour and 45 minutes upgrade and transfer info to 2 phones and activate a 3rd with no transfer of info. Made very clear one plan was to be upgraded to a monthly $45 rate. Other 2 stayed the same. He tried upgrading all 3 plans and pretended it was a mistake. Next he tried selling me a block for charging. I mentioned having a new IPad and asked if that block worked with the iPhone. Responded “it will damage the battery”. That’s a lie. Asked him again if the iPad block would work and he began talking about watts of each and damage that could occur. Lastly we have the final charges. Went to review final charges to pay for and it was $321. Knowing I was paying a $40 per phone activation fee for all 3 phones I expected $120 (didn’t buy any accessories). Reviewed the charges and 3 different charges of $59.99 were on the bill. Ask him what they were and he said for transferring the info from one phone to another. When I mentioned he can’t just throw $180 in fees on a bill with no knowledge of them he gave me some excuse saying he mentioned it during our conversation. I can promise you he never mentioned anything about this. Also, he didn’t even transfer anything to one of the phones. It was just activated. Will never go into this store again. He will act nice to you. Don’t be fooled. He’s a liar.

Joseph, Joseph, Joseph. Because you didn't want to work I had to spend over an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service getting my phone traded in. I hope you get demoted. I still plan to switch to T-Mobile and it's all your fault. 9 years with Verizon and i'm over it.

If I could I wouldn't even give one star. Last Thursday my husband went in to this location to get a new phone, he worked with Frankie who confirmed MULTIPLE times what line was his. Yet she deleted my profile, ended my service, added a third line to our plan, and as of today I'm still getting notifications from Verizon of my services ending. It also appears she deleted me from the account as a whole as any time I call in to support they are now having issues locating me and my information.
Now to today's issues: I have gotten messages saying my plan has been updated, that I no longer have my Verizon cloud, and that my phone that has been paid off completely suddenly has a balance of $1100.
Frankie did all this and then her supervisor Joseph didn't know how to fix it besides giving my husband a new sim card to reactive my line. Obviously don't trust this location.

I spent multiple hours on chats and on the phone, trying to resolve a sizable bill discrepancy. I made a reservation for 11am and was sitting with Frankie by 11:02. Frankie listened to my issue and almost instantly knew what was going on. By 11:18, I was walking out of the store with $1,078 credited to my account. Frankie is amazing and I am happy that she was able to help me! Thank you!
