They ripped me off from day one and I would not ever go back once my three years is up they supposed to give you 30 days to make up your mind if you wanted it or not but the minute you trade your phone in, it’s gone You will not ever get it back. You can go back and cancel your little get together, but you don’t get your phone back so they pretty much stole my phone from me. I will never ever let nobody know that Verizon is a good company. Every one of them rip you off. The salesman are no good no matter what store you go to they will rip you off so it’s best to stay away from them and go back to T-Mobile or somebody else because Verizon is no good and nothing they do they will lie to you to get your business and once they get you hooked for three years instead of two years, they will take all your money and you will be stuck in this deal for three years And you will pay thousands of dollars so be careful before you say I do on a contract with them they say you don’t sign no contract but if you don’t pay them, they will sue you lol so my advice do not go with this company they will rip you off anybody with real common sense will tell you not to go with this company because they will rip you off every chance they get I wish to God I would’ve never come here, but I was dumb and young. Didn’t know nothing But I will go back to T-Mobile the minute. I get out of this deal after three years of suffering and paying them too much money I will not come back to them. They are very bad place to rip you off so concentrate on letting you know that it’s not a good place to go

Sent my daughter in to handle a simple "add a phone" the manager "Johnny" (wouldn't give me his last name) was very rude, over talking my daughter with me on the phone. When I had her give him the phone so I could talk to him he then started over talking me not giving me a chance to talk. His issue was he said my daughter wasn't an authorized user (which she is!) I got in my truck to Meet her she then went to the Middletown store and low and behold she was a authorized user and they got her taken care of pretty fast. Moral of the story is, Johnny is a very rude person and literally needs to be fired.
