I dropped it off at 9 AM and it was ready at the end of the day. The estimate and service was professional. I especially appreciated taking the time to explain and demo the remote start.

The gentlemen there were super nice, gave me a quote, made my appointment, and were ready for me the moment I walked in for said appointment. They definitely take the time to see what it is that you want, so you get that. Their work is superb. I’ve gone to other tinting places where the tint bubbles up within a day, but this hasn’t happened yet. I doubt it will. They also don’t charge an arm, leg, organ, or firstborn child to tint a car—the pricing for a 2026 Mini Cooper was around $300–I was expecting something around $800-$900, so that alone was going to get five stars out of me. All in all, a fantastic experience. The gentlemen were, again, so nice. Because it was raining, they parked my car under an eave so I didn’t get wet when I got back in—they didn’t have to, but it was so greatly appreciated! They take pride in their work, and their customer service starts, literally, from the moment you pull into their parking lot until you leave said parking lot, and even then, you get a lifetime warranty on the tint. 10/10 if I get a new car, definitely will only go to them!

I called intoxalock just for them to call Robert’s themselves and try to see if there’s a replacement device they can put on. I will have to pay out of pocket for something they messed up very unprofessional of them

I took it in, Jake took care of it in about 30 minutes - and no charge (WHAT?!). We'll be back for any other needs. Highly recommend. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. Thank you!
