- DMDavid MorganOct 20, 20251.0trying to get to a human being is almost impossible if you have a general question. If you are not specific enough the so called artificial intelligence voice hangs up. I will never shop at Best Buy again because the concept of customer service does not exist.

Adam brought to the table ideas that were mission critical in resolution of many years of financial data that I could not live without. These are not vanilla ideas that he spearheaded to get the conversion from old to knew. Kudos to Geek Squad for hiring truly gifted individuals that are wise beyond their years. Can’t recommend Adam & Geek Squad more vociferously…5 stars are not enough!
