  I want to thank, Dani, for taking such good care of my daughter & I. We all have to upgrade phones at some point, but when you're forced to buy a new phone, due to tech issues, damage, or loss..it makes for a bad day. Dani, came through for us. Her knowledge & customer service was 10/10!!! In the past, I've had equally great interactions with other Cricket employees from this location. Thank you all for turning bad days into not so bad days. 👏👏👏

  Went yesterday to buy a new phones and Becca and Lauren were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. Very professional and well trained. One of them made sure my daughter got signed into max before leaving the store. Will for sure return to this store again. Great service and the wait time was literally like 2 seconds but was greeted the moment we walked in the door. This is great customer service.

  Very nice people that work here and I love the phone service I have had the same phone service for over a year now. Now mind u if u don't turn ur phone back on within 30 days u will have to change ur number. That's the only thing I hated about the cricket phone service. Now the plus about it is they have what u call bridge payment u can pay a 20 dallor payment and keep ur phone on for a week n then if u pay the rest of ur payment before ur week is up then u won't have to pay the whole full payment again
