  The people that work here are quite knowledgeable...I like how if one does know the other member assists finding a solution. All the new things going on with these new phones Cricket is wonderful for having a brick and mortar you can walk in.

  I went in there on a Friday afternoon to bring over four lines from T-Mobile I've been on the website just needed some questions answered the girl was absolutely clueless didn't know anything about the promos on the website she told me to call customer service I did I was on hold got somebody whose first language was not English couldn't get my questions answered wound up going back to T-Mobile the next day dammit dammit dammit and bought two new phones and signed up on a different service package.
