  Walked in needing a replacement phone for my daughter. Her Moto G stopped working and wouldn’t go beyond the cricket green start up screen. Store Manager Kaiya (I hope I spelled her name right) was amazing! Offered us plenty of options and extremely knowledgeable. We came to this store after going to the cricket on Broadway (we will NEVER be stepping foot there again). The lady from broadway tried to upsell me a Moto G 2025 for $220+ when it’s listed online and on a hard copy paper in store for $89 🫠. When I asked her why there was such a difference with their online prices she caught an attitude and said “it’s company policy I don’t make the rules”. Not sure if she thought she could run game on me but we left with the quickness. Manager Kaiya made that horrible experience from the other store into a distant dream and my daughter left beaming and smiling from the experience . This will be our new official cricket store in Louisville

  I visited this location to activate service but decided against it after speaking with the store clerk. She was dismissive, argumentative, and unhelpful. She was unprofessional and seemed to be an all-around unhappy person. The minute her supervisor was on the phone her entire attitude changed. I wouldn't recommend this store when she is there.
