This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For the third time in 6 days I had to return a phone due to connection issues. I walked into the store, showed the lady behind the counter what was wrong with it. Walked her through screenshots I took to show it didn't work, and showed her how it wasn't picking up any data from my plan. The lady behind the counter (long black hair, slight accent) rolled her eyes, at which point we started video recording what was happening. The lady called her "regional manager" who can be heard on the recording saying "that b**** is back? Did you look at the phone and see if it was working?". Lady from behind the counter tells her boss "No, I haven't seen it, she is on it with Cricket". We had shown the lady where it was broken and when we asked her if she saw what we were talking about, she said she did see it. Regional Manger is then heard through the phone saying "there is nothing wrong with her phone then and we will not take it back". We tried to explain to the lady behind the counter (all the while Regional Manger is heard on the phone cursing) if she had told her boss what she was shown and agreed that she saw, then maybe we could have gotten a little further then someone over the phone (and probably miles away from the broken phone) saying that it is working fine, nothing wrong with it. Regional Manager (name is Heather) has found her calling in life, its real talent to diagnose phones over the phone. So to recap, within ten minutes of walking through the door I was told they will not return a broken phone (that was confirmed broken by the worker), that I am out $263, and been called b***** a few times at this point. They didn't understand why I was mad, like this is just normal. Lady is heard through the video laying to her boss, the boss is heard beginning the cursing match, and that it "isn't their problem the phone is broken". A phone bought a few days ago, with no visible damage (confirmed by police officers) that you sold, broken, is not your problem. All on video, which we plan on posting to save other people from this unethical "business". Don't let them sell you anything, phones are made to last a couple years and these wont last you out the door. And they will just keep your money and call you a b****. The bottom of my receipt says I can returned within 7 days no questions asked, you are on video lying to your boss and boss is cursing at customers on video, and you really feel its okay to top all that off by stealing someone's money. I really hope Cricket doesn't conduct business like this regularly.
