Our shopping experience was so pleasant that we actually ended up purchasing two iPhone 17 Pro Max. We came from Brazil to buy an iPhone for my daughter. Everything went smoothly. We had some concerns because our phone number and SIM were from Brazil, but every question was answered with patience, and we were supported from beginning to end — about 40 minutes. - PSPink SunshineDec 1, 20251.0my first visit to this store was a couple years ago, and I remember it took 4 hours and I promised myself I would not go back. Today 12/1/25 called store asking about a replacement battery for my iphone, after already discussing and troubleshooting with Apple Support on the phone, they did a diagnostic on my phone and confirmed my battery health needs replacement. Store would not confirm stock via phone, against their policy. I explained I did not wish to drive an hour one way only to find out you dont have it in stock, and I wanted to order the batter and make an appointment to come in when it arrives, she said no they wont do that for anyone. Why? she said they must run diagnostic on my phone, I said I already did that with Apple Support and they remoted in to my phone and the battery health alert says it needs replacement. No good, she said I have to come in the store and they can't guarantee they will have my battery in stock so I may have to make 2 trips! What a joke. This is why people go with Android.
