I’ve long believed customer service was a thing of the past but Nick demonstrated otherwise. His demeanor, knowledge and ability to juggle the chaos in the store all while treating me with patience and kindness were remarkable. Outstanding young man, thank you Nick.

I wiped all the content and settings, intending to reinstall, but the phone wouldn't start. So I went to an Apple Store for repair. The staff member, Zhou , was very conscientious, responsible, and professional. He contacted a repair technician, who determined that the phone needed to be sent back to headquarters for repair. Two days later, the phone arrived, and everything was working perfectly. Thank you so much for your help.😊🙏
