He was patient with us and explained all of the benefits we could take advantage of. We recently needed to make a case return and had some trouble at the store as the other employees couldn’t figure out the issue and he promptly called me and made sure the issue got handled and taken care of. All companies have occasional system problems that are unavoidable but the way he handled it is why we are still customers with Verizon.
