Andrew at Verizon made upgrading my phone quick and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and ensured I got the best deal. Excellent service! Highly recommend asking for him if you need help.
Ryan was a great help with setting up phone plans for my family plan and me. He works with us very patiently and taking time listening to our needs, explaining everything little things. He even involved my kids into conversation. He even worked with us off clock and help navigating our bills. Thank you so much Ryan! I hope I spelled your name right!

I visited the Hamburg Verizon store and my experience was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was so helpful. I did not feel intimidated by all the tech talk - they told me what my options were and helped me get what I needed. And the BEST part I walked out paying less than what I was previously paying on my monthly bill. I cannot “rave” enough about the employees. If you need help with your phone I recommend coming to this store.

We purchased two phones from this location. Only one device was in stock, so we got sent off to pick the other one up at a different location (at the mall). The employee at this location acknowledged an issue with the initial setup of the device, but, rather than correcting his mistake, he reassured us that it wouldn't be an issue, and that the other location would take care of it.
He either blatantly lied to us, or was so poorly trained in the responsibilities of his role that he sent us away, to staff at another location who had no idea what he'd done, or how to help us. When you make a mistake, and know you've made a mistake, why wouldn't you do your best to correct it? Why make it a different store's problem, and, by so doing, wasting HOURS of our time? In fact, why even start the process of setting up our devices, if you haven't even got one of them in stock (which we were only told once the process was already underway with the first device)?
This never should have happened, and the clear lack of employee understanding of internal systems and resources is appalling. Management should be ashamed.

Do NOT let them send you to another store to pick up a phone, no matter how much they assure you it's fine. Just spent 3 hours at the store they sent me to, as another agent tried to fix whatever problems were created by purchasing at this branch. I was a preexisting customer upgrading and existing line, this should not have been as complicated or aggravating as this location made it.
