  Worst customer service experience I have ever had, if you can even call it that. I stopped in on 5/2/2024 in the evening about an hour before close for a pre-scheduled appointment that I set up on the website the night before. I needed a battery replaced for my iPhone. I looked up the cost on the BestBuy website the night before and it reported that it would cost $89. When I arrived, there was a woman with an iPad in front of me who was looking to have it repaired. The agent, Carter, had me wait 40 minutes in line over my initial appointment only to tell her that Geek Squad can't service Apple products because he doesn't know how to navigate their website in order to complete the sale. Even though Geek Squad is the authorized Apple repair store. I then showed up, informed him that I needed my iPhone battery replaced, and he very smarmily told me that they don't repair iPhones at Geek Squad. He looked at me as if I was speaking Greek, and the irony is that I had my iPhone battery repaired at this location about 2 years ago. All in under 2 hours. I informed him that I had done it here before, and this seemed to surprise him. Carter then told me that this would have to be shipped off to another location for repair, and that it would take about a week to get it back. Carter then had me fill out paperwork, take another 20 minutes to mess around on the computer, all to inevitably tell me that I would also have to come back tomorrow because he didn't know how to navigate the computer system to charge me for a repair. He would have to get his manager to do it. That's an hour of my life I'll never get back. So I can't even call it customer service, because I wasn't served anything. I got nothing, I sure as hell don't trust Carter within 100 feet of a phone, and I will not be returning. Take your business elsewhere, these folks do NOT know what they are doing at all and there are dozens more local businesses that are more efficient and competent by a country mile. I had mine repaired by a different shop for ~$30 more in under 24 hours, on-site. Do better.

  Logan was prompt, and professional in addressing my problems. He installed multiple peripherals and shortcuts. In addition, he attempted to fix an ailing printer. But, alas, had to pronounce a fatality. Thank you for your service!
