They were ready for me as soon as I showed up for my scheduled installation, they went over with me what they needed to do and gave me options for where I preferred them to install the radio, and they went to work. They had everything wrapped up and completed within an hour, and explained everything to me. Great visit and great experience. I am very pleased with my purchase and my overall experience.
