The managers at Best Buy are so kind and accommodating. One of the managers went out of his way to help me. All of the staff there are super helpful always going up to people and asking if they need help. You don't get service like that anymore. Any store you go nowadays has no staff and only empty self checkouts.

I genuinely do not like to write a bad review however on black friday i came in to buy a watch. I waited in line for 25 minutes after asking 3 people for help. I finnaly get someone to talk to be about a samsung smat watch. I was clearly looking for the lte version and asked to him. To get it he brings me the bluetooth version i waited in line checked out ove in hour. Just to get back in the back of the line to return it and wait another hour to return. I waisted half of my day watching everyone els be happy! On top of everything I even ordered this item online and you guys canceled it for no reason! The only reason I came to your store!

They have a good selection of phone accessories and many other electronic things. My complaint is getting someone to help you when you have a question. What’s eleven worse is needing help from the geek squad.
