Throughout the years they have provided us the BEST customer service!!! Absolutely perfect!! We originally had the Bluegrass Entertainment company put all our equipment in our house. Unfortunately, everything was installed by the Bluegrass Entertainment Company failed miserably!! Not only the Bluegrass Entertainment Company didn't fix it back, but also after paying all that money to the Bluegrass Entertainment Company, they provided us with the WORST customer service!!! I called the Barney Miller's Company. They fixed all the issues and improved our entertainment system to the highest standard and quality. I have been SO happy with Barney Miller's products and their outstanding customer service!!! As the old saying: "You pay for what you get." I would also like to say thank you to Chris in technical service for always being "Chris on the spot." There is no money can buy the BEST customer service!!! I absolutely recommend Barney Miller's Entertainment Company to everyone!!! Their products is the BEST in the market. Also, stay away from all these other companies like the Bluegrass Entertainment Company. They will give you cheaper price, but terrible customer service and complete failure of your system down the road. Thank you, Chris and Barney Miller's for your outstanding customer service and products!!!

He came to my home and we discussed everything I wanted. and afterwards he gave me his thoughts on locations and items I did not even think of. He was able to give me an estimate by Tuesday, following our Friday appointment. Within two weeks he had my items already in stock and installation was being performed. My girlfriend and friends stated they never saw me so happy. I work part time out of my home, allowing me to enjoy music throughout my home. I was and still amazed at how well it turned out.
