    Best Buy is good at what it is but it's not what it used to be. Instead of focusing on more speciality electronics, they focus on basic items you can buy for less money on Amazon. I've not been there when they had more customers than employees. Employees are great but the store is making bad calls.

    Best Buy always has great items, tech support, and sales help. Will say they need more help in TV's. Otherwise outstanding!!!!

    I've went to this best buy several times now for issues that I couldn't solve online, and was told on the phone that they could handle it in the store. Not once has this store been helpful. If you want to experience basically shopping online, but at a brick and mortar store then this one is fine I guess, but I wouldn't waste your time if this was your closest store.

    Terrible service! I was stuck in the snow around Lexington and rerouted 5 different times to get to their location. I spoke with the store manager at 10:01 a.m. to give them a heads up that I would be late because of the snow and traffic. The store manager emphatically reassured me it would be OK to come in for my installation. When I get there, the technician doing my install proceeds to tell me he doesn't care what the manager said and that he isn't pushing back his other appointments just because I couldn't get there on time. Had the store manager told me this from the beginning I would have been fine with that and accepted the situation. However, I was told to come on in and drove another 45 minutes through traffic to get there for my installation. Terrible customer service, terrible communication and an all around disappointment. Lost a customer for this one.
