  Could not have had better customer service. From walking into the Apple Store to apple support on the phone, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lucas in the store was very kind and knowledgeable. All my customer support members were American, spoke English and made it very easy to talk to, understand, and resolve issues. Even got a follow up call the next day to check in and made sure the issue was resolved. VERY impressed. Thank you Apple!

  After purchasing 26 iPads for business, they refuse to assist with business support because the devices weren’t purchased directly through them. Their attitude seemed to be that of indifference and a genuine lack of helpfulness . Brand new devices still under AppleCare but they won’t help.

  I reluctantly went to upgrade my old phone and Emily made my experience so wonderful and easy . Even though i’m older and behind in ghe tech world I was treated with olny respect and felt comfortable with the transition from old phone to new. Cannot say how thankful I am for all the help I received the the store. By the end I was asking to take her home with me. But instead she suggested classes they do in store to learn more about Apple products and tips application whicg I never knew about . I love this location and ask for Emily3
