  The girl said her name was Rebecca which probably isnt true. She is very rude and u professional. My father went in to pay the bill, they didnt not charge him the correct amount and got a message saying there was still an amount due in order to avoid disconnection. I called the store to figure out what happened and was basically just cussed out and told we were out of luck because of and error the employees made in the store. He paid a certain amount in cash, and the amount he gave them was not what they applied to the bill. So the employee probably just put it in her pocket. Very rude, very unprofessional.

  Hands Down the best buying experience that I have ever had with Cricket. Vanessa was able to answer all of my questions and get me taken care of on all of my needs as far as what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure my phone worked cause we did have an issue getting it switched over but she made sure everything was perfect before I left the store and even stayed a little longer to make sure the job was done. I really appreciate service like this because it’s hard to find these days. I would recommend this store to anyone.
