- LLLisaDec 28, 20255.0I wish I could give more stars! The manager Jordan Tucker is amazing!! I was on vacation and my cellular just stopped working. Jordan went above and beyond to get my phone fixed. He spent 2 hours (2 different techs) trying to get tech support to resolve the issue. The first tech said it couldn’t be done but his persistence paid off. He was definitely more knowledgeable than tech support. I could not say enough good things about Jordan Tucker and the LaGrange Verizon.

The store isn’t in an ideal location, especially with a “For Rent” sign next to the building. Pay close attention to what the sales representative tells you about your final bill, because it would have been cheaper to buy online than in-store. I was told my streaming subscription would be a free perk with the service plan, but when I reviewed my bill, it showed only a $10 discount. Also, buy your accessories online—there’s a significant markup on cases and chargers, despite whatever “deals” they advertise. I’m not surprised tho,. They work on commission —ABC: always be closing. Overall, the experience was okay just more $ than I was expecting to pay

Jordan explained the timeline and steps to transfer the Cloud over. He was right on schedule. Had no problems he was very knowledgeable on the product. Explained the warranties, packages, and upgrades deals. Spent about an hour. Was the second phone purchase from this store location. Both times smooth and effortless transfers. Would recommend. Any store takes time. But this one makes the effort to let you understand the sequence of the old to the new format phones. 👌😎👍

As soon as Jordan started helping us, I said, Verizon for the win! He helped us find the perfect plan and the savings were unbelievable. I highly recommend switching to Verizon, definitely Jordan for the win. He’s a top notch customer service guy!
