Cory helped us and he was amazinggggggggggg he was very friendly and he kept teasing me that my last backup was 3 years ago. Cory ended up helping 5 customers all at once hes great at Multi tasking and his customer service is top Notch. I told Cory we would give him an amazing review (p/s Cory Im the one who gave you some fruit snacks ) hahahahaaa we will definitly be back thanks Cory!!!!

The employee set up an account for us, ordered our new phones, and told us they would arrive in three days — but it ended up taking over a week and a half. When we finally went to pick up the phones, we were told our account and phones didn’t actually exist in the system. Despite that, they still handed us the phones to start the transfer, saying everything would go through the next day. It never did. We also paid cash for the taxes on the phones, which we later learned shouldn’t have been accepted because Verizon doesn’t normally take cash for those payments. To make things even worse, the employee who helped us quit the night after we picked up our phones — leaving our situation completely unresolved. The whole experience was confusing, unprofessional, and a total waste of our time. We expected a smooth transition but instead got a mess that took far too long to straighten out. Verizon really needs to do better with training and accountability.
