Recommend them to friends and family. I carried 5 lines for my family and the insurance. $155 a month. What I thought was a great deal. Until I needed to use the insurance. I had what seemed like a great customer service rep, very knowledgeable, very nice. Sells me insurance at $7 a month with a $15 replacement for the same phone. I take my phone in this week and I am told that it is gonna cost $75, not $15 like I was told to get me to buy the insurance. I was told there is nothing that anyone can do. The store manager is still a good guy, but a bad store manager. Refuses to accept that his store messed up. Refuses to try to help his customers. His only response was, "Sorry, there is nothing to be done." Currently looking for another provider. My advice to those looking here for service...... Look elsewhere.
