Was parked on the wrong side of my street.. Half blocked my driveway didn't even attempt to move when I was struggling to get around him to park.
Went in today and picked up our laptop computer! Left it yesterday with A J .,the tech and worked with him again today!
AJ was very knowledgeable and helpful along with being friendly and efficient!!
He is a fantastic employee for your Geek squad !! No cost today as we did our yearly membership and computer works very well ! Highly recommend the Geek squad and especially A J !

It amazes me how such a simple fix could make my life so complicated. While I appreciate the help of the initial agent who helped me order in the parts for my phone, the ball was dropped at every step afterwards. I had two different agents call me to schedule an appointment, and neither of them scheduled it correctly. After finally dropping off and picking up my device, the agent told me I was good to go. No one communicated to me that they had to work on my SIM card. He said all I had to do was login to my Apple account, and my phone would be back to normal; however, they did not restore the SIM card abilities and were then unavailable to help. After calling the "24/7 help-line", it finally said it would transfer me to an agent, just for the line to say they were closed and hang up on me. They left me with no way to communicate with anyone except via email. Their incompetency and inability to communicate hopefully just extends to the few agents, but I do not recommend going here.

I Have insurance on my phone and Apple sent me there to get the back of my phone replaced. For no reason at all, they factory reset my phone when I asked them not to! I mean, they deleted everything in my phone all my bank cards. I had a recall and get them re-put into my Apple wallet everything rude customer service and just terrible experience with them. I don’t recommend going to them, but if you have to go to them, I would definitely make sure you make it clear that you don’t want all your pictures and everything on the phone deleted. I understand that some people have their phones backed up and everything, but I was never under the impression that everything was about to get deleted and factory reset terrible customer service really I am really upset about it all still trying to get everything replaced and passwords reset and they suck! Terrible experience I have to give one star to make a rating, Because if I was able to, if there was a negative star rating, I would give it to them!

Not helpful. Phone lines are tied up for hours. Rip off.
