Called this location and actually had a rep answer- usually I just get transfered to customer service. Requested a manager, which I was DENIED. I told this employee what happened- how Verizon erroneously (no fault of my own!!!) Charged me an additional $622 last week. I STILL have not got it refunded and continue to accrue overdraft fees. I was actually told by a 611 rep today that my BANK should refund me. How is it MY BANK'S responsibility that VERIZON stole my money????? Anyway, the rep I spoke to, was NO HELP. Said 611 is the only one who can help. Well, after at least 10 hours on the phone with them, they've been ZERO HELP. So neither side wants to take responsibility or fix the mistake. My first review has a canned message to fill out some form. I did that and it said it could take 7 days or more for a response. THIS is what you get for being a Verizon customer for 12 years!!! SCREWED. You get SCREWED. BEWARE of this location because their reps are only there to sell phones (that's what the first lady told me, actually). And BEWARE of this company as a whole because they are scam artists!! If SOMEONE can't step up and fix this issue by the end of THIS WEEK, my next step will be to seek legal action. Absolutely DISGUSTING way to treat customers!! The only recourse I have is to continue to review them and bring their rating down, so I will continue to do just that for now.
