    Be careful from this location THERE IS FRAUD TEAM 🚨🚨 Without permission they are adding devices on my account and two bill that paid almost 280$ .

    They are the worst. If you order online and it got mixed up they won't fix it in store and kinda of shoe you straight out the door. 0 help I've never walked out of this place happy.

    Bought a new iPhone 17 Black Friday weekend. Promo made us add an extra line to family plan. Was told there are NO charges associated, doesn’t need to be used & can be canceled after 3 years to prevent incurring charges. (False being charged taxes & fees, approx $7) Before I left they shut my phone off & told me they wouldn’t help with the transfer to new phone unless I agreed to sign up for home internet. Called the following day to get help with transfer and was told they were still too busy to help with transfer. Had to call corporate to get help, & they gave me a faulty eSIM in store. They also added multiple streaming services to our account with permission. ($20) I asked about phone insurance & they said it would be cheaper to add a plan-wide insurance than adding my singular phone due to promotions. (Nearly $90) 2 months later our bill (normally $200) is $400 & I’m left trying to figure everything out online. More than disappointed with all the lies & will not go back to this store for anything.

    This store representatives lie and do not disclose about how much you’re actually paying. We had to spend hours on the phone with customer service multiple times for incorrect billing due to the representatives at this store. Make sure you look at billing after trading in a device or adding a line. I wouldn’t purchase watches or iPads from here because they will charge you double. Management needs to talk to their representatives so they actually know what the trade in deals are.

    Staff is deceptive and actively lies about deals. Prices are randomly raised with no explanation (just random miscellaneous charge) and then when you complain they take them off for a few months and try to get sneaky again. You WILL miss important calls with their spam filter set up the way it is (yes, I know this is a setting on my phone as well, I am talking about their actual technology that filters what is supposedly spam). Just as soon as my phone is paid off, I'm going back to Google Fi. Verizon needs to be investigated.
