    I have been in to this Verizon store multiple times this week to try & get our new devices working/ported over. We are switching back to Verizon again from T-mobile but it certainly is not due to the customer service. The support services at the store have been astronomically terrible! I was in there today for over 2 1/2 hours trying to get support for a complex porting issue with one of our new device (still not working by the way). They were of ABSOLUTELY no help to me. They sent over some poor guy who has only worked there for a month. Really?! Rather than "deal" with me or my problem, the manager just had him give me another Verizon # to call. I stayed in the store & sat on hold speaking to a multitude of different people, and the entire time I was in the store, no one came over to check & see if they could offer any assistance. I guess since I already signed up with them & bought my devices, I was no longer their problem. I told them my problem had not been solved & they just looked at me dumbfounded, shrugged their shoulders, & walked away. When I had a question before I left, I heard one of the associates ask one of the other team members why it was her problem to deal with me/my issue. Really?! I wasn't even being difficult. I could have been, but I wasn't. Unfortunately some of the issues I was having had to be initiated at the store level so I was forced to go there. The initial person we worked with when purchasing the phones (Mikayla) was great but everyone else we have worked with since has been worthless! They were extremely dismissive, especially the managers! One manager in particular knew the issues I was having today & not once did he come over & offer support. He just lingered around in the back doing nothing. If you are reading this review, and I hope you are, you know which assistant manager you are. DO BETTER! I only write these reviews when the service was beyond excellent or absolutely terrible enough that it is worth mentioning & this is one of those times. To the management & staff at Verizon on Mall Rd - YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER! Everyone in that store, except Mikayla (who was really nice/helpful) needs to take a seminar or course on how to deliver good customer service! Especially the managers. You should be ashamed of yourselves! If you are the store owner & reading this (and I really hope you do), send your associates to some customer service training. God knows they could benefit!

    Try T-Mobile! I did after nearly 30 years of not being valued as a customer by Verizon. I left Verizon after 29 years, 9 months (they purchased my previous provider a long time ago) because of this store and the manager. They suck. They are awful and they suck. Did I mention they suck? This store is often crowded and therefore there's often a wait. I get that, no problem. I don't mind waiting my turn. That's not the issue. The lack of service is. They refer you to a call center, even though this is a corporate store. The final thing that made me go is Verizon told me I could go to this store for service. When I did, they told me I had to do something else, though they could easily have handled it. I called the main Verizon number to verify, but the location manager still refused and asked me to go. This place sucks. Too bad there isn't a Zero Star option. Now I'm with T-Mobile. Way better customer service and my entire family got a new iPhone 17 Pro for free.
