When she went to the store to check, they told her the phone was not there and many questions later they hinted that the phone had been sold to another customer , Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, the staff treated her poorly, acted dismissive, and offered no real help. It’s absolutely unacceptable that Verizon would make such a mistake with an expensive order and then show zero accountability or respect to a loyal customer. We’ve been with Verizon for years . Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and basic courtesy , none of which we received. It takes nothing to be kind .
