    I Have insurance on my phone and Apple sent me there to get the back of my phone replaced. For no reason at all, they factory reset my phone when I asked them not to! I mean, they deleted everything in my phone all my bank cards. I had a recall and get them re-put into my Apple wallet everything rude customer service and just terrible experience with them. I don’t recommend going to them, but if you have to go to them, I would definitely make sure you make it clear that you don’t want all your pictures and everything on the phone deleted. I understand that some people have their phones backed up and everything, but I was never under the impression that everything was about to get deleted and factory reset terrible customer service really I am really upset about it all still trying to get everything replaced and passwords reset and they suck! Terrible experience I have to give one star to make a rating, Because if I was able to, if there was a negative star rating, I would give it to them!

    I dropped my newer HP all in one desktop off to BestBuy Florence,Ky because it had no power. I waited 15 minutes despite having an appointment. Agent Lea said it would take one to two weeks to send it off for repair. He told me to take the power adapter and stand home with me. Upon my return home, I noticed my paperwork had the wrong name and contact information on it. I called The Geek Squad phone number and left message. I received a prompt call back and my name and correct contact information was added to a New Order. It was August 30th when I finally got a call saying it was ready to pick up. Four weeks later!!! Don't even waste your time trying to call to check the status of your repair because you will get no answer. Don't even try looking for information on their website either. I returned With my Adapter, keyboard and mouse. Using my adapter, agent Seay plugged everything in and still no power despite having a new motherboard installed. Agent Seay used their power adapter and the HP turned on. I suggested it could be my adapter which wasn't sent off with the repair because agent Lea told me to take it back home without even checking it. It should have been included with the repair. Now I am waiting for a new adapter to be mailed to me. Additionally, on July 29, I told agent Lea to wipe it clean. I called the evening before pick up to confirm that it had been wiped clean and was told it had been. Unfortunately that did not get done either. Frustrated, I left the store without my repair paperwork. I have called The Geek Squad phone number and left messages nine times and no return call over 2 days. All I wanted was for them to either mail, email or update the website with my repair problem and solution. If they would update their website with the repair solution, I would have the repair proof that I need, but they don't. The website simply says repair closed. I have no car so I cannot simply drive back to the store. This has been a frustration and challenge since July 29th. I still can't turn my desktop on until I receive the replacement adapter. I have no proof of repair which is another aggravation since I am planning on selling it. My advice is take your equipment somewhere else that is competent and spare yourself a good month's worth of frustration and aggravation. It all began with agent Lea who never verified my information upon that first visit and not checking my adapter. I am grateful I no longer work at home because I would not have been paid for this very long delay. The Geek Squad needs to have more training and to be more thorough and not waste customers time. I just found out today by calling a toll-free number that Florence Geek Squad no longer receives phone calls. And you have to have the patience of Job to deal with their automated phone service because their options are limited and it does not understand when you say speak to customer service you get nothing. I tried contacting them through the website and it too was a waste of time. If they do not receive phone calls any longer at the number advertised, they should have an announcement saying so, instead of leaving countless messages that will never be heard. It has simply been a horrible experience. The one star given in this review Is because Agent Saey actually knew what he was doing. If only agent Lea had been competent on July 29th......

    I live in Florida but come up to KY a couple of times a year. Whenever I am here I always take my computer in for a check up. I am on the Geek Squad protection plan. I saw Lea when I dropped it off and Duncan when I picked it up. They were both so helpful. Answered all my questions and showed me how to do several things in my computer. I love the way the area is set up with desk tables where you sit down with the tech and go through everything thing with them, enforce and after the service. I have never gotten such personal service and great service from my FL Geek Squad. I would recommend them to friends and I will definitely keep having my twice a year services done in KY.
