    Best Buy sales people were very helpful. Great in store experience. But…once you make a purchase there is no way to call the store and talk to a live human being. All calls are handled by AI. The customer service center for BB advises there is no Best Buy store in the USA that will accept a live call because they receive too many calls. What!!! I was told I have to go to the store to ask my question but they can’t even tell me if the person who helped me is even working! How ridiculous is it that you can’t talk to anyone at the store. This is customer service??!!

    I brought my MacBook to the geekbar for a diagnostic to see why the screen had died. I browsed the new MacBooks and Ipads and the girls over there were very helpful with pricing and knew their products well. Average cost for a new ipad or laptop was going to be around $1300. After waiting in line about 30 min because you have to make an appt to be seen, the guy at the geekbar who couldn't have been more than 20 yrs old quoted me $340 just to look at it and suggested I consider purchasing a new one. Well, I went over to CPR phone repair on mall road and paid $40 for a diagnostic and had better options, less expensive options, and more personalized service. In the future, I won't be going back to best buy.

    Purchased two keyboards. Both are defective and despite them being best buy branded keyboards and me bringing both items back to the store where they were purchased I was denied a refund. The initial associate I spoke with was very helpful but the manager was extremely rude, short, and unhelpful. Completely stole roughly $50 from me and offered no solution.

    This review covers ALL bestbuy stores. I used to be an avid supporter of best buy. DONE! What is the point of giving a local number when all it does is roll over to someone in the Philippines that have no idea what stuff is at the store you are calling. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS! Once I decide what I'm looking for, I want to be able to check availability, not have an AI discussion. Im sure corporate doesnt care about losing one customer but Im done with best buy. I had a customer service rep tell me that Aurora,, IN is only 50 miles from columbus, OH and couldnt figure out a closer one with the item I was looking for. No wonder everyone prefers to buy online. Please mention "Google Review, Conversation #112177" when contacting us on social media. I dont use social media

    Had a 1:00 appointment on the 25th of January. Customer service called Saturday to confirm appointment and I said I'd be there and they confirmed appointment for auto start installation. I let them know if they needed to reschedule I would understand, but they said no that the appointment was good. Drove to Best Buy Florence on Sunday the 25th arriving 45 minutes early and the store was a ghost town besides a couple other would be customers. No call, no show, by the store that confirmed less than 18 hours before. No call on Monday with an apology, nothing. Complete and utter disrespect for their customer. Had several chances to say they would be closed. I drove in in a 2013 CRV with no problem. You wonder why Best Buy is falling fast, this is probably one of the thousands of reasons. Complete bull crap.
